You can have both programs open at the same time and drag files from BB to RB without much problem.

I like that they are 2 different programs and serve 2 unique aspects in my music creation.

I very often have them both open at the same time as I work on a song and render my audio files in RB. If I need to fix or tweeze anything, it's a quick fix to jump to BB, correct something and then back to RB to render it again.

Mostly though, I write in BB and render the tracks as audio in RB before moving to another DAW to finish the songs.
