nice job. It is so easy to over do the RT's because they all sound so good. In the end, though, restraint and dynamics rule the day. Gotta know what to leave in and what to leave out. ... and that knowledge only comes through massive experimentation.
This is a good sounding song and you mixed your vocals in quite well -- although I am a fan of sometimes panning the harmony vocals (sometimes!). I enjoyed it.
I appreciate all of that, thanks.
hi olemon well done great production really enjoyed thanks for sharing eric
Thanks for the listen, Eric.
Nice tune! Couldn't access the other version but I really like the way you do it! Take care. Greg
I couldn't edit the original post. Thanks for checking it out.
floyd really nailed the description of this song. Hard to add to it. From our perspective it's a fine presentation of the type of country music that Janice and I miss greatly. Fortunately, via youtube and other sources one can still find it if you're diligent. This song is a great example of the genre lyrically and vocally and the mix is simply spot on. We much enjoyed it!

As I have the greatest respect for your music, your craft, and your opinions, I am at a loss over your compliments. Thank you.
Confession time: This was posted a while back, but a couple of folks just recently listened and commented.... I did remix the original, hence the busted link, and this is it, but I am/was planning to remix/master with Ozone. But, given the feedback, 'if it ain't broke, don't fix it' might serve best:)
