Unfortunately the volume level value on the Mixer does not reflect these changes, which is a design problem with the program (IMO)

I have always understood the mixer level to be the base line from which you make the volume adjustments per track and that having it remain at the set level was by design and not a design problem. I also have worked under the assumption that the Bar Setting option of 'Return to Normal' would return the volume to the setting set by the mixer so you don't have to do math up and down to get back to where you started from, which I think is a good idea so I don't have to guess what level the volume was set to at the start. Perhaps some sort of per bar indication of volume levels could be added somewhere that is always on screen so you don't have to go to the F5 button.
Anyway, I think the way it works now is logical for my mind. Just my 2 cents on the matter.
