If you really mean BIAB 2005, which came out in December of 2004, then it's hard for the users here to remember what the program was like back then. However:

If you want to import the MIDI tracks, I think you can only open one. BIAB will open a MIDI file, and I think that was also the case ten years ago. There was a green SEQ button that can separate out MIDI tracks from a Format 1 MIDI file, if you can prepare that from all your MIDI in Pro Tools.

If you mean import separate audio tracks (assuming that's what you mean by analog), then no. BIAB has one audio track only, running at CD quality 44.1/16. Keep in mind what BIAB is; it's an auto-accompaniment program.

For new PG Music products including BIAB 2014 and the free bundled sequencer RealBand, it's a different story. BIAB still has only one audio track, but RealBand can certainly import your files.

In 2005, before RealBand, PG Music sold an inexpensive sequencer called Power Tracks, which could also import your files, but there would be no reason to use it if you have Pro Tools now.
