I’m not that familiar with elements but if it is like Kontakt it will have a keyboard simulated in it. If so does the keyboard play when you click on it? With a lot of NI’s products you have to run them in stand a lone mode first, otherwise the VSTi will not work. Have you done that? I'm no longer allowed to go caroling at the psych hospital. I guess Do You Hear What I Hear was a bad song choice! 64 bit Win 10 Pro, the latest BiaB/RB, Roland Octa-Capture audio interface, a ton of software/hardware
