You are correct, there are many more users here of the PC version than the Mac. However, the two programs do have differences and that makes me reluctant to give any advice about the one I don't have.
Frank is correct, though; first look under the Save options for something that says Save with Patches and Harmony.

The XPro & Xtra Styles PAKs are not included in any Band-in-a-Box® package.

The Xtra Styles require the UltraPAK, UltraPAK+, or Audiophile Edition of Band-in-a-Box®. (Xtra Styles PAK 19 requires the 2025 or higher UltraPAK, UltraPAK+, or Audiophile Edition. They will not work with the Pro or MegaPAK version as they require the RealTracks included in the UltraPAK, UltraPAK+, or Audiophile Edition.
