Well stated. Because "there will always be room for the best." The only thing I would add is "the best" is now absolutely amazing and the size of that group is also quite large! What was good enough 20 years ago, even for a demo, ain't even close now. And, yes, luck is a very large factor but as others already said, you are going to need to do a lot of hard work as well. And you need to do that hard work for a very long time with no guarantee of success. Ya better love what you are doing!
