Bit late to the Party but here are my results. Not impressive. It HAS got this bad since the upgrade from 2013. Prior to it, I would be able to boot up to a useable screen in under 10 secs.

Seems to me to be the first Boot up of the day that is long. Provided I keep the PC running, later BB bootups are in the 8 - 10 sec region.
