For this type of work, RB will be far better.
As mentioned, the exactness of the tempo map is a key factor.

RB tempo can be as accurate as 90.12345678 for one measure and 90.87654321 for the next.

Also being able to quickly copy/paste a section you like, regenerate multiple takes on multiple tracks to slice/dice as needed, try different styles/variations on different tracks, etc .. makes for a better work environment for this type of work IMO.

I do not work here, but the benefits are still awesome
