I'm still looking for a way to get the chord information data into the MIDI eported file (for use in the display of my Yamaha Tyros keyboard).
Ideal would be the chord information in the Yamaha XG-format. I know that's not possible (in the moment).
But I don't really need this for controlling the Yamaha style. I only want to get ridd of the printed lead sheets when playing the Tyros.
I have the NOTE based lyrics for the lyrics of the song. They display fine beneath the note lines of the song. So my idea was to enter the chords as additional LINE based lyrics in Biab, export the file to MIDI and have as a result the additional "chord lyrics" above the notes in the MIDI file.
But the line based lyrics I entered in testing this don't show up at all in the MIDI file.
I didn't find any hint in the help documentation of Biab. Isn't it possible at all to have the line based lyrics show up in the MIDI file? Or is there any setting to be changed in Biab which I didn't find?
Your help would be appeciated. Thanks in advance!
