When you did the Key change process, did you miss the pop up window that asks whether to transpose the existing song?
You have to select that to tell it what you want to do; just change the key signature or change all the notes too .. sometimes it is desired to change the key signature without changing the notes (because the key signature was wrong to begin with)
I do not work here, but the benefits are still awesome
