Ian,
I would either follow Guitarhackers or Floyd's suggestions as I do their suggestions a lot in my songs
OR make the ending, using the 4 bar ending, on say bar 93 or 94. That way you get bar 91, A Bb A Bb, followed by a few bars of A and then the BIAB ending.
Then "drag and drop" all the RTs and drums to your DAW and edit/remove the extra bars of A in order that the final chord of A is where you want it, at bar 92.

My "music computer" is not on so I cannot check my suggestion but my advice is to arrange the song in order that you get the chord A at bar 92, followed by the 4 bar ending in A, and then edit in your DAW.
