Is there a red box around measure 1 number, which could be caused by muting that track? Another red box on the measure where it starts playing? No red boxes
When the bass does play, is it right, or is it six bars behind? It is correct
Is this a MIDI bass track, or a RealTrack? Realtrack
Did you download a MIDI file to use to build this song? No
