When I use Edit->Length of MIDI Music RB insists on SHORTENING the track duration by the parameter I specify. Doesn't matter whether I use the percentage or the tempo option ... attempting to lengthen the track duration or slow the tempo only results in shortening and faster tempo.
I'm still using RB 2010.5(2). If this was fixed in a later release I'd be delighted to no.
