Hello Larry,
One additional point.... if you select variation "14-Snare" of NashvilleShuffle, you should definitely be hearing a snare, since the 'snare' is used for both A and B sections of your song. If you select something like "10-Brush-Snare", then you might hear the Brushes or Snare RD substyle, depending on whether you are in the A(blue) or B(green) section of your song. This variation will play Brushes for the A section and Snare for the B section.
