The Master area is meant to allow adjustments and FX to be put on ALL tracks and then used in the Final Output of a generated (mixed down) file.
There is much to learn about how to use this feature in any DAW.

There is no 'magic setting' for this that woks on all songs; rather it gives you a place to adjust each song as needed. If it is worth it to you, learn how to use it. Trying to use the same settings on multiple songs is often self defeating. It is there to offer the ability to adjust each to match another, so attempting to adjust them all the same will result in zero net gain (usually).
