Ah well, is this the place where wishes go to die ????

But I will try anyway, even just to get it ff my chest, (like a confession ...sort of)

I have been reworking my old songs a bit and have some frustrations ....

1. I have a folder for all by RB SEQ files.
2. I have a separate folder for all my BIAB SGU/MGU files
3. I have a folder for all my final rendered WAV files
4. I have another folder with my published MP3's

If I open any file RB remembers that folder and when I want to render my song it uses that as a default.

If I move the folder to the one where I want to send the WAV into then when I want to open the next SEQ file I have to navigate back to my SEQ folders again. I used to be involved in ergonomics in software development and we were "judged" by the amount of clicks you had to make to do your work, otherwise you get resistance from the end users!

Now for the wish.....

I would ideally like each [save to]/ [render to]/ [open] actions to have way to associate that with ITS own default folder.

Should not be too difficult to have some defaultfolders.ini that can be interrogated when you click a button?
