You have a RealTexk soiund chip.

Here's what bothers me. The VST/DXi drop down box doesn't open. It SHOULD open. If the Use VT/DXI box is UNCHECKED, it will be greyed out, but as soon as you cick it, it will open.

I recommend uninstalling Band In A Box and reinstalling it. From where I set, I don't see an option.

IF after you've done the reinstall, it doees't work we can explore other available options, like allowing me acces to your computer via an Interet program to look at the install, and see what's going on.
