The disadvantage that occurs to me is for those of us that often re-visit old SGUs. One thing I really appreciate is that when you load an old SGU, its complete and good to go, exactly as you cooked it last time.

A Loop-folder-as-project-holding-site approach would entail hunting through the loop library to find and reload the original loops.

I wonder if it would be feasible for the PG programmers to make the loops folder a 'normal' folder, with a normal folder-cascade facility ?
