Ok, He's playing the lead and blues sounding shuffle. I'm playing bass. Rest is Real Instruments with the exception of the piano, which is barely audible. Anyway, here's our rendition of a good ol' country song gone blues. Click Here and tell us what you think.

Thanks Mate. Glad you, at least, commented on it. And Willie would be lucky to get him for a guitar player.

I was on You Tube the other day ago and listened to a bunch of renditions of this song. Lou Rawls did an excellent cut. Only thing his lacked was bass. But that may have been from the fidelity of You Tube. There were a bunch of different people on there who did this. I might put this one on You Tube to see what kind of responses I get on it.

I think Poppa Willis did an outstanding job on this. The rhythm and lead tracks were the first cuts and I liked the way they sounded. He seems to play guitar a lot like I do. Maybe that's it. The sound was great. The recording was totally clean so he has a good system.

Thanks again Mate.

Nice laid back tune. Great collab you guys did here.
Good job.
What reverb/delay plugin did you use for the vocals? I liked the sound of it, it sounded perfect with the song.

Hi Mike. Thanks for checkin' in. The reverb was actually the built-in from my Behringer mixer. So no plugin for that. Anywy thanks for listening and commenting.

THANKS OC. I appreciate that. I know I haven't been around here much but I'm really tied up with stuff I gotta do now that I'm retired ... part time retired, that is.
