Jeff,

File size capture screen, resolution, file type you render affects the resulting file size.
My newest video in signature is 1920 x 1080 on the YT video upload, was around 380 meg.
Audio creation within the capture is 48 kbit. Think that is to match parts of
the video encoder.

Best answer is to go to YouTube link in my signature with your ipad and
watch it...All of the screen graphics animation is capture starting from
the link in the above post back in history of uploads.

Second best is the resolution selections and size are up to the user of
the capture software.

Kinda dumb statement sorry: If you have a 4" x 6" window selected that is
what you capture. The resolution settings are part of the MovAvi software.
And the file types shown in the link I gave you.
Aspect rations on captures affects the playback looks.
If you capture a 4 x 4 then there with be black side bars when played.

If you are not needing a video editor, then Simple capture and save does the job
completely. I would suggest getting the Capture studio package tho. There is several
nice extra utilities that come with it.

As mentioned above have only worked about .000001% with Karaoke with PT.
If you can hear it and also see the lyrics clear while playing then capture would work.
Whatever you can see and hear will be capture simultaneously.

I am not into "codec's" only use them. Have a few of my subscribers who do view my
YT stuff on their tables. Why, relatives....LOL
In your case there is a need for 100+ to reside there.
HD is fabulous, but 72 dpi in most case is highly readable...
Your going to be using the PAD as a utility device to make lots of $$$.

Disclaimer....Oh ya already did that.

Also glad you liked.
