In a church environment, I would do the work at home as far as the arrangement and such. EXPORT the tracks, be sure they are EQ'd, and normalized and ready to go.... then BURN THEM to a CD. Carry the CD to church for the FOH to play in the CD player in the rack.

The CD is a much more solid and reliable platform from which to play the backing tracks of real band than the computer itself, especially the way you're using it right now.

I've played a few songs as "special music" in churches I have attended and I always used a CD copy. The simpler you can make it the better off you will be in the long run.
