If you can play it and you can hear it; there is a way. That's the good news.

Not knowing how you are 'hearing' the MIDI can make it a complicated question.
You may want to just record the output back to a stereo audio track in real time. This involves tinkering with the mixer being used (could be the Windows mixer or another one if installed). It may the way that is easiest for you.

If you don't know what VSTi or DXi is, it is likely you are not using them and instead are using the Windows stock sound setup. This would mean recording what u hear may just be the simplest and best way.
