Have you hit the "Generate" button? Because RealTracks are audio files, they cannot simply be transposed like MIDI; they need to be regenerated in the new key. Similarly, RealTracks saved from BIAB are also audio files and cannot be transposed.

While it is possible to change the pitch of audio files to a limited degree, success varies. Such transposition can be effected by selecting a track (right-click on the track and then press CNTRL+A), left-click over the grayed-out track, select "Audio Effects" and then "Pitch Shift".
