Thanks for the help offered.
Obviously Im rather new to BIB and RB.
What I found was the when saving the file in BIB I used the WAV tab (under the strings selection at the top of the page)I saved using the "save as separate files" per the video on the help page and suggestion from Rachel. Then I opened in RB and imported each wav file individually in RB. When I needed another sound I went back to BIB and replaced one of the instruments with what I was looking for and saved again the same way but turned down all other instruments before I saved. Then when I opened the new file (rendered)I imported that new file and added to the song I was working on. It appears that could be done as many times as you want to have lots of sounds to mix as you like. I'm sure most reading this already knew but for the other newbys I hope this is helpful. Enjoy..Jay
