Just so I understand the question - by 2/5/1 in minor, your example in Cm would be: Dm / Gm / Cm6Is that correct? Note that Cm6 ( C Eb G A) is also the spelling for Adim7, and it's not unusual for the "wrong" chord spelling to be found in some arrangements. But that's just a guess...  I believe that an Adim7 is A C Eb Gb, also written A C Eb F#.
