You probably need a mixer if you plan to add instruments to your BIAB song. I bought a small 6 channel mixer for $59.00 because I sometimes add an acoustic or an electric guitar to my music. I have a Shure SM-58. It is a good, rugged all around mic for under $100.00. There are many other good choices. Do you have Real Band? That is a good program for recording your vocals on, and mixing them.
