That is darn cool indeed. I assume you can export out the audio easily to a DAW. Right?
However, the real value of such a tool to adjust licks and riffs is still dependent on the underlying chord progression. But for those with a lot of time on their hands and availability of all the RTs it could be a fun exercise.

The XPro & Xtra Styles PAKs are not included in any Band-in-a-Box® package.

They will not work with the Pro or MegaPAK version as they require the RealTracks included in the UltraPAK, UltraPAK+, or Audiophile Edition.
