When you play a 4/4 style, and when you have a 2/4 bar in Fill position, so in this case the drums should have to play the 2 last beats of the fill-in bar because, most of time, the musical fill stuff lies in the the 2 last beats of the fill-in bar. At present time, in this situation, you have no pretty drums fills.
Example : Your song (E.John) where bars 13, 22, 31,… are 2/4 bars and in fill positions in a 4/4 song.
Of course, it could be an user option if some people prefer to get un-professional arrangements.
