Hi everyone... I'm new to working with BIAB, got the Everything version about a week ago. I was hoping maybe somebody has experience with this issue and could help me fix it. I use BIAB 2014 for Mac but it looks like most of the activity on this Sunday night is happening in the PC area of the forum so I thought I'd ask about this here in case it's something not Mac-specific. I've programmed several songs with no issues, but about a day ago I started having a problem with the bar settings dialog where only 3 of the instruments can have their bar settings edited: "Piano", "Bass" and "Drums". This is still happening and it's tying my hands for a lot of stuff I'm trying to do. I think there's probably a simple fix. Please have a look at this screenshot: http://screencast.com/t/fV8JM4T3zNWaSo if any PC user has had this issue before and knows how to get the bar settings options back (mute, back to normal, etc.) for "All", "Guitar", "Strings", "Melody" and "Soloist" please reply here and let me know. Welcome to the forum. Your picture shows the problem clearly. As this is the PC version forum, I am doubtful a PC-only user will be able to help. I can tell you I have never seen this nor heard of it happening.
It may be a blow on a Sunday night to your enthusiasm (which I understand), but your best bet is to call PG Music tomorrow and talk to Support. Refer to this thread with the picture. They are on the west coast of Canada.

One thought though: if this happened on a PC, I would first recommend Opt., Return to Factory Settings. Does this menu option exist on the Mac version? Try it.

Hi Matt, Thanks for your reply and the welcome  It occurred to me that I hadn't rebooted my computer in a while, so I did that and tried running BIAB. That might have been all that was needed because it's working as it should again. I figured I would ask in case there was a setting someone knows about that I had inadvertently turned off. But everything's good now and I'm back in an enthusiastic Sunday night mood! Cheers
