Is there a place to post missing or bad real tracks?
RT 1691 driving 8ths will not play .The B section triad works fine.
also found other missing or incorrect RT's.

What version of BIAB do you have (e.g. 2014, 2012.5, etc.)?
Also, package do you own (e.g. UltraPlusPak, MegaPak, EverythingPak, etc.)?

the files are in the folder.
I can play them with media player , but they wont play in the program

This sounds like it might possibly be an installation problem. Have you tried reinstalling?
Out of curiosity, which option did you select the first time you ran install? Also, did you install from the USB drive or files downloaded from the PG Music website?

That does sound as if version 2013 may have been installed in one place, then version 2014 was installed where the RealTracks are in a different location. Also, depending on when you bought version 2014, did you download and run the update for RealTracks here: http://www.pgmusic.com/support_windows_realdrums.htm#RT_april-2014

the bass real tracks are where they should be and I can preview them in windows media player but the don't play in biab.

I have 2013 and 2014 on same hd.
both full installs.
I had this problem {no 1691 playing in biab}and others
Before I got 2014.

What folders are the programs installed in?
For example, are they installed in c:\BB 2013 and c:\bb 2014?
Sorry for asking so many questions but I need to get a clear picture of your set-up before I can help.

The 2013 version is on the C drive.
The 2014 version is on a removable HD
I also have a copy of 2013 on that same HD.{ same problem with it}
I have tried using different locations for the real trks in preference's but still no luck.
I have had this problem from the very beginning with 2013.
I have the same problem with 2014.

A lot of us have installed 2014 right on top of 2013. Everything should go to the C drive. Don't separate anything. Ray

Thanks for taking the time to help me. When I read the above, it seem to confirm in my mind that the issue is one of installation. Like Ray (in the post above), when I get a new version of BIAB, I install it straight over the top of the current installation. I only ever install my program to c:\bb. It will be interesting to see what Matt Finley says, but my thoughts are that when you start BIAB, the configuration files are not pointing to the correctly installed BIAB. This is because there are three sets of configuration files and three locations for (a) BBW.EXE and (b) for Realtracks. If this was happening to me, I'd solve the problem by doing a complete re-install of BIAB 2014 and I'd make sure the installation goes into the original directory that BIAB 2013 was installed to on my hard drive. Kind regards, Noel P.S. If you are unsure how best to go about what I've mentioned above, I suggest you give PG Music a ring on their toll-free number and get their thoughts.
