Great lyrics! I love this style and you have nailed it. One of my favorite karaoke songs to sing (of the two I will do, the other being "Georgia on my mind") is "Fly me to the moon". Just love this music.

Hi Plish,
Very smooth sounding music. I enjoyed listening. I also found the concept of personifying a city intriguing. It's a lyric technique that was used occasionally (with great results) in this genre.

Hi Noel,
I actually wrote this song in response to Suzanne Vega. She wrote a song called, "New York is a Woman". Before playing the song at a concert she said that she believed Chicago was a man and New York a woman. While metaphorically Chicago has had its share of male metaphors, I saw it as feminine in many ways, and that's how this tune was born.
