If I understand you correctly there are two ways to achieve this in BiaB:

1-In the upper middle of the screen you will see three small windows labeled start, end, and chorus. Yours probably reads 1-99-3. The chorus in the number of times the chorus will be played. Just change that to a two.

2-Another option is to copy all 99 tracks, you can do this because the song is less than 255 measures, and paste them starting on measure 100. Change the A to a B on measure 100, i.e. chorus #2. Change the chorus number to a 1. This is called unfolding a song.
