Greetings all!

I am transcribing a jazz guitar solo using BIAB's Notation window. I click on the little Editable Notation icon, then click on the Guitar Part icon. BIAB displays the 5-line staff with G clef, and I'm able to click the staff to enter notes which is AWESOME and faster than hand transcription. All is good. BIAB also displays a guitar tablature below the staff lines, and as I enter notes it automatically enters the fingering. Not sure how I feel about this - I'm not a big tab user in general but hey, others might appreciate it if I ever post something on line.

Here's the problem: if I'm going to have tab, I want it to be right. It appears the BIAB automatically picks what position a particular part is going to be played at and that's that. It may sound to me as though the dude is playing at 5th position on the recording but BIAB may tab it at 10th position. And I can't find a way to change it.

Is it possible to edit the tablature? Or should I be using other software to transcribe?

Thanks for information or ideas!
