This is the second song which I've done as part of my lessons with ROG. It's a change from the style of the last one, but the blues is what I really like best. The backing has been kept simple using just piano, guitar, bass and drums. The idea is that it should sound like something in a nightclub from a Bogart movie. I'm playing lead and rhythm guitars, ROG is playing bass, the piano is a MIDI supertrack apart from the bridge which Roger played and the drums are RealDrums. I'm grateful to Andy for coming in and doing such a great job with the vocals. Cool tune!! Really like the vibe. May have been a little long on the soloing but overall very well done. Vocalist sounded quite good mostly and a little shaky now and then. Good job overall!! Take care. Greg

I've always been a great fan of the blues too and I really enjoyed helping out on this track.
An excellent piece of writing to capture that old-style nightclub feel, particularly as it's only your second submission here.

Cool sound and feel to this, Nigel. Very original.
Very well put together. Everything fits right where it should.
Good vocal. Nice guitars. ROG's bass and piano are nicely done.
Can you say what the drums are. They sound great! Very musical as drums go.
