Does 2014 make it an easier switch from PC to Mac. I really want to run it on Mac with my DAW, but in the past the Mac version didn't suit me, so I switched back to PC version. I don't want to run the PC version on the Mac with with parallels or anything like that. If I do it, I want it to be the Mac version. Anyone have experience with this?

As far as I am aware, the PC and Mac versions are two completely separate programs, sold separately. PG Music used to offer a "cross grade" price to switch, but in the past it wasn't a very big savings...

It is slowly getting closer but there is still a way to go.
Don't know what version you had but the 2014 has the drag export to drag n drop the tracks straight in your DAW.What do you need to be able to do with it ?

Currently, I'm doing my song in BIAB on my PC then when I think I've got it like I want, I do a midi or render it to a thumb drive and transfer it to my Mac where my DAW resides. Not such a big deal, but once I get into the recording, I often find I want to change something and I have to start all over. It would be so nice if BIAB was on the Mac. I just want to know if the new 2014 Mac version is closer in features to the PC version. If someone has made the switch and found it to be adequate I'll just buy the hard drive crossover and get to work.

You can just get the the app it's self (crossover) and just convert your RealTracks/Drums to m4a.
