Brudda' brudda', brudda'! OOO-ooo, man, 'dat samba sound, it make me feel so-o-o happy, don'cha know. Make me wan' dance, man!

I'm clowning with the dialect (more West Indian than Brazilian, huh?), but I hope what I wrote communicated the grinning dee-light I experienced listening to your composition.

I am old enough to remember when the samba-bossa nova-fusion hit the U.S. w-a-y-y-y back in the early 60's and perked-up my ears and my heart. I felt instantly that it was the music of my soul. You captured it wonderfully and added your own "smooth jazz" feel to it.

What's more amazing is how you captured the sound of a flautist's performance using a keyboard. If you had not indicated that, I'm telling you right now I would have believed that is was an actual flute being played.

Also, being the lover that I am of Claus Ogermann's gorgeous contributions to Antonio Carlos Jobim's albums, I felt that your strings arrangement really set sail over your mix. I'm glad I visited the user forum today!
