Hi,
Latency comes from your audio driver, not the application you're using. If you use an MME audio driver, you can expect to have quite a bit of latency.
Using an ASIO audio driver will get you a lot less latency. PowerTracks 12 is a pretty old program now, but it does support ASIO. Feel free to give our tech support number a call if you need help getting this set up.
