In general you have no specific control over chord voicing.
When you are using RealTracks these are recordings so you get what is there. However, there are about 6 different options for the recording to play over the E, so you just need to keep regenerating until you hear what you like. You may get lucky. Then freeze the track.
For midi you have more control over the individual notes played, but then you also have to freeze the track so it does not regenerated or it will change what you have set.

Three are a few other options. 1) move the tracks to a DAW and adjust there. 2) Use Melodyne to change chord voicing of an audio track. 3) Play it yourself and past in the recording (in DAW). Move to RealBand and use the MultiRiffs to hear all the options over a single bar.
