I know the dilemma.
IMO....
The 1010 was a good interface but it's become ancient.
There are several on ebay (I just checked there) with a wide range of condition and bids up to 239$.
My buddy (bass player) has retired one and they hovered in the 800$ range IIRC.
The question to me, in spite of it's antiquity, does M-Audio offer a driver for Win7 and above?
If the current drivers are available I might just wait and keep as a backup or for some unexpected need.
PCI may be going bye bye as time goes on but I'm just guessing.
If you've really moved on to Win 7/8 and no drivers are/will be available I might try to sell to a private owner locally or if I found that more trouble than it's worth I'd just give it to a friend.
I'd guess if you've had it for a while it's long paid for itself and would not expect to get much for it.
I've given away many dated hardware devices that had outlived their use to me based on technology and my upgrades or getting lean over the decades.
I'm sure other will chime in.
That's my take on it....a judgement call for you.
