Yep.... I don't worry about levels and production in BB. That's where I'm writing the song.

I move to RB for rendering and into a SONAR DAW where I apply the production to the project..... this is including the volume envelopes and panning envelopes to automate the control of both of those items.

So for me, the project as a completed, produced song, never happens in BB or RB. However, it is totally possible to use Real Band as the final mix/production DAW.... learn about the functions and how to execute them in it.
