Again, if you find a MIDI file that has what you want, you can use the style wizard to create a user style that can be invoked at any bar. Obviously, this won't work for RealTracks, since what they play are predefined. When you create a user style, you can assign whichever instruments you want to the tracks. So if the original MIDI used a piano, but you want organ, just change it and save your style.
