Hi Tom,

The first thing I'd do is to double-check that BIAB is running with admin privileges. It may be that this has been deactivated for some unknown reason.

Right click on the shortcut you use to start BIAB, select "Properties" and then under one of the tabs, look for the "Admin privileges" option.

Also, I think there is a limit to the number of times that an installation can be authorised. If you go to your IK Multimedia account and have a look, it will tell you how many times you've authorised and how many times you have remaining. It may be that you've run out of authorisations. (Once you're logged into IK Multimedia, go to "Support | User Area | My products".)
