As you know, PG Music are incredibly good at looking after their customers. I wouldn't hesitate to write an email to support@pgmusic.com

In the meantime, though, it sounds like you might need to run the BIAB/RB install file.

Installing BIAB from a backup is a 2-step process. Step 1 is copying files from one location to another. After that, it's necessary to run the install file and select the minimum diskspace install for the new location (I can't remember which option that is). This is step 2 and it will set-up Windows to run BIAB.
