I don't think there's any other hidden stuff....
IK's Amplitube was the only add on third party registration required extra that was included as far as I know.
Since I'm not a fan of amp sims, I don't even recall if I bothered to register it or not....probably not.
For me the closest I come to a sim is the Line 6 POD 2 modeling gizmo. It's hardware not software, with audio outs.... OR....better yet.... I stick a mic in front of my Mesa.
