Copy your old BIAB folder to the new computer and then run the install program over that. It should preserve your favorites.

I usually just use WinZip (or you could use 7Zip, which is free) to back up my BIAB folder, then unzip it on the new computer. Run the installer again and you should be back in business as you were. Also make sure to install any update patches to make sure you are on the latest version.
