What Solidrock said. (I didn't even check to see if yet another copy was lurking in yet another place!) if there is a copy there then you need to COPY it (don't MOVE IT) to the "x:\realband" folder (x being your PC HD and/or the external HDD realband folder(s)
If you are missing even that copy of the DLL- your HDD is probably missing more than just that one file and you will need to talk to PG and I would CALL PG, not email.
While we wait - you never did answer
1. Did you get links from PG to DOWNLOAD all the purchased files or not - you should have? If so the only download file you need right now, to fix this ONE problem is
"bandinabox_realband_2015_full.exe"
You can download that, run it, and it will install COMPLETE Realband file set on your PC (as well as BIAB).
2. Have you tried to run RB from inside the Realband folder on the external HDD
"D:\realband\realband.exe" (assuming "D" is your external HDD) as rharv alluded, as I asked, and as Soildrock mentioned?
