Press the Song Settings button, and set the setting at the bottom "Transpose Audio Tracks by" to 0 semitones...
You likely imported the track, and then changed the key signature and transposed the tune. With 2015, that also transposes the audio track, which is a "feature". You can control it easily via this setting.
And once its set the way you want, you could then transpose that piece using the keysig box again, and it will tranpose to your new key.
