Silverback, Below are my metronome settings (found by "Opt | Preferences"). Try setting all the settings like mine and see if that makes a difference.  Also, have you tried "Return to factory settings" found under the "Opt" menu? If you run that, I suggest the "Most settings" option as that will keep you audio drivers setup intact. Regards, Noel
