Ed, in case it helps:

I read that other thread about renaming the original folder.

Like you, I have my main BIAB program on my boot drive and my RealTracks and RealDrums on another drive.

Let's assume your setup is that the BIAB main program is on drive C. In the /BB folder (or whatever you named it, but /BB is the default) on that drive, there will be a /Drums folder. On my system, there are only two files in there:

AboutDrumsFolder.txt (390 bytes)
AudioPhileVersion.txt (0 bytes)

It is similar in the /RealDrums folder

AboutDrumsFolder.txt (407 bytes)
AudioPhileVersion.txt (0 bytes)

Plus some other folders having to do with Loops (empty), User Tracks (empty in my case) and Data (with style demo files).

I assume if you don't have the audiophile version, you may not have that second empty .txt file in either folder.

In the txt file for RealTracks, it says this:

This folder is used to store the RealTracks audio files.

If this folder is empty, either you haven't installed any RealTracks, or you are using a RealTracks folder location outside of the bb folder (i.e. different from the default RealTracks folder location).

If you are using a different location for your RealTracks files, you need to specify it in the RealTracks Settings dialog in Band-in-a-Box.

and the /Drums folder has a similar .txt message for RealDrums.

Ed, does your setup look like that?
